1. Click the link next to each question labeled Answer to see the multiple choice selection of answers for that question.
2. Start by selecting the one answer that applies to you the most. Then you may choose the answer that follows closely on and also applies to you.
3. You are not permitted to select more than two options. If you try to do this, the system will not save your results but ask you to do it again.
4. When you have made your selections, save them and return to the questions to do the next one.
5. Once you have completed a question, it will be marked Done, with a link to Review if you would like to change your choices.
